TWO people fainted and one died after their Namibian Defence Force (NDF) physical fitness training on Tuesday at Eenhana.
According to NDF's spokesperson Petrus Shilumbu, the two candidates – a male and a female – fainted after completing their two-kilometre laps.
"The female fainted but was fine soon afterwards. However, the male candidate, Efraim Ndeshaanya (24), was taken to the hospital at Eenhana as soon as he collapsed, and we only got to know that he had died today," said Shilumbu.
