New Restaurant Cafe Capri a Hit in Town

Last week Saturday, the duo opened their restaurant, Cafe Capri, which they say they started a few years back, before it was disrupted by Covid-19. “We are excited; it was a long project. We took our time, no one rushed us. We had a lot of support from the property managers. Due to Covid we had to postpone the project and focus on other projects,” Willem explained to unWrap.online. The restaurant, situated in Windhoek, aims at delivering the right vibes, the right food and perfect drinks, all in the right doses. “Our main aim is for people to come and enjoy the food at our restaurant but not just simply wearing casual clothes. We encourage the people to come dressed up a bit,” Willem added.The launch of Cafe Capri was attended by prominent people such as president Hage Geingob, first lady Monica Geingos, the minister of industrialisation and trade, Lucia lipumbu, presidential spokesperson Alfredo Hengari, ministry of sport, youth and national service deputy minister Emma Kantema-Gaomas, the deputy minister of information and communication technology, Emma Theofelus, and many more. In an interview with unWrap.online, Kalondo encouraged the upcoming generation to work hard to achieve their dreams and to stop believing in failure.“I would say my advice to the youth that also want to be successful is to keep trying,” Kalondo said.“Failure is so common, I have failed many times and managed to get back up and that's what brought me here. My advice would be to just start, that's all you need to do. Just take that leap of faith; you never know what's on the other side”
