Nkosazana Daughter and Master KG set to release joint album ‘Makhelwane’

Nkosazana Daughter and Master KG have announced plans to release a joint album titled ‘Makhelwane’.

The two artists have already made waves with their new single ‘Moya Ongcwele’, featuring Nobuhle.

This announcement of an upcoming album follows claims made by podcaster MacG on Podcast and Chill, saying Nkosazana Daughter and Master KG were romantically involved. This claim sparked discussion and debate on various social media platforms.

Nkosazana Daughter took to social media to address the rumours head-on, emphasising the widespread disrespect faced by women in the entertainment industry.

“All this for views? I’m so disappointed at how low people can go and not to mention how woman are so disrespected in this industry!

“It’s so unfortunate that you will never see the amount of work that we have put out. Because I’m female I must be sleeping with him? Disgusting,” says the artist.

Her response not only clarified their professional connection but also highlighted the necessity for respectful discourse surrounding female artists as well as their families.

“We have families at home, like you, that watch these things you say,” she adds. – IOL Lifestyle
