Only seven deputy ministers appointed

PRESIDENT Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed only seven deputy ministers to her new Cabinet.

The president’s selection was announced at State House in Windhoek on Saturday.

Dino Ballotti was announced as the deputy minister of education, innovation, youth, sport, arts and culture.

The deputy minister of agriculture is Ruth Masake, the deputy minister of industries, mines and energy is Gaudentia Kröhne, the deputy minister of gender equality and child welfare is Linda Mbwale, and the deputy minister of urban and rural development is Evelyn !Nawases-Taeyele.

The deputy minister of international relations and trade is Jennelly Matundu, and the deputy minister of defence and veterans affairs is Charles Mubita.
