OSHAKATI – Police at Okatope in the Oshikoto Region have opened a culpable homicide docket after an Isuzu bakkie overturned on the Onyulaye gravel road last week.
Five of the 12 people in the bakkie were seriously injured and one died later at Onandjokwe Lutheran Hospital near Ondangwa.
