Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) Swakopmund members and supporters are summoning party president Panduleni Itula to the town.
They want the IPC leader to explain why Swakopmund constituency councillor Ciske Smith-Howard has been suspended.
The councillor has been prohibited from executing her civic duties pending investigations into her residency.
