THE mysterious death of an Oshakati East resident, Rauna Ndilula (40), whose body was found near the Okave Club on Thursday morning, is being investigated by the Police.
Ndilula, who earlier hailed from Walvis Bay, was the secretary to the Director of Education for Oshikoto Region, within the Ondangwa education region. The cause of her death is still unknown.Rauna Ndilula’s sister, Pashukeni Ndilula, told The Namibian that Rauna and her boyfriend had told people on Wednesday afternoon that they were going to see a doctor at the Oshakati State Hospital as Ndilula was not feeling well.But, sources claim, instead of going there, Ndilula and her boyfriend visited a traditional healer at the Evululuko Informal Settlement for treatment.Rauna was reportedly admitted for treatment overnight, but allegedly decided to leave later.Pashukeni said Rauna was found dead near a house about 100 metres from her own home.Rauna Ndilula is survived by two children – Esther Munyama (9) and Nehemia Munyama (7).The cause of her death is still unknown.
