Police rearrest all five Warmbad escapees in Karas Region

KEETMANSHOOP – All five trial-awaiting prisoners who escaped from Police holding cells in the Karas Region over the weekend were rearrested by Monday.

Acting Regional Commander for Karas, Chief Inspector Nicky Nampala, told Nampa yesterday that Daniel Kok and Leon Kleyn, who escaped from the Warmbad Police cells, were rearrested at the southern village on Monday.
