The Namibia Non-Governmental Organisation (Nangof) on Wednesday received N$61 000 from the Embassy of Finland to be used to train domestic monitors and observers for the November elections.
The NGO will identify about 50 trainers, through its membership organisations, who will be responsible for training 500 observers next month.
