Gondwana Collection Namibia has announced the start of its 2025 Go4Gold programme, aimed at developing advanced leadership skills, resilience, and self-discovery.
This year-long programme will begin with an intensive focus on self-awareness, and sets out to help its participants uncover a sense of their beliefs and how they impact their leadership styles.
Last year’s iteration culminated with final project presentations in November, and the newest batch of participants have already set personal and professional goals they hope to accomplish in this time.
Programme leader Ume Goldbeck says: “Leadership is a verb — it is action, and it is a choice. At Gondwana, we believe leadership is about influence, and influence comes with immense responsibility. Our goal is to help individuals unlock their full potential so they can create meaningful impact within Gondwana and beyond.”
Gondwana Collection Namibia chief executive Gys Joubert urges participants to embrace discomfort in their journey.
“I cannot wait to witness your transformation at the end of this year. It will not be easy, you will experience self-doubt, and there will be times when you want to give up. But growth never comes with comfort. So please promise me to choose courage over comfort.”
