Rundu residents this morning took to the streets to demonstrate against poor service delivery by the Rundu Town Council.
The residents also claim that a debt collector company contracted by the council is overcharging them on municipal rates and taxes owed to council.
Furthermore, the disgruntled residents also demand council to put it’s house in order and restore water at the town.
Residents have been without water since Monday.
