Same Old Faces

Same Old Faces

ALLOW me to exercise my right of freedom of speech.

Every day I hear people say that our youth are the leaders of tomorrow. Yet, since Independence we see the same faces in Parliament and Government. Why don’t our youth get the chance they deserve as Namibian citizens? Now, diverting to more serious issues in our poor country: will every Member of Parliament get multimillion-dollar offices after retirement? It’s completely absurd. Why should Doctor Sam Nujoma get those benefits while he no longer serves us, the public. He should have received a retirement package and that’s that. People are starving and our education system is in shambles. Raymond TjiuonguaRosh Pinah
