On 25 August 2004, I utilised Nampost sevices to send my urgent mail to Ombalantu post office.
The letter was registered under item no R630846 in order for it to be delivered urgently. However, to my disappointment I had to wait 8 days before my letter reached its destination.In the process, I incurred extra costs because I had to communicate with two offices to find out why my letter had been delayed.Is this how Nampost pledges to provide reliable, dedicated and excellent service delivery?
