WINDHOEK – Defending champions Western Suburbs Rugby Club are through to the quarterfinals of the 2006 Windhoek Lager Club Championships after they downed Harlequins 19-0 at the Hage Geingob Stadium on Saturday.

Suburbs, who are also the organisers of the competition, also collected points when Jaguars walked off the pitch after two red cards.
