POLICE at Bethanie have arrested a Lüderitz resident who allegedly caused the death of Heiko ‘Oubaas’ Nanub by kicking him in the crotch during a quarrel outside a Katutura shebeen.
Willem ‘Sabata’ Boois yesterday appeared in the Keetmanshoop Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder.The case was transferred to the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court where he set to appear on December 21. ‘The kick tore his testicles and damaged his groin,’ Nanub’s mother, Sofia Nanus, was quoted as saying by a weekly newspaper. Ali Cloete has also been arrested in connection with the incident.
