She confirmed this by posting a recent video on social media with the caption: “I performed at my own wedding.”
She got married to Meldinho Henrique, an IT specialist who popped the question in November last year at Suzy’s sister’s baby shower. The 31-year-old saxophone phenomenon is clearly over the moon now that she’s gotten hitched. “Call me Mrs,” she wrote on another social media post.
The ceremony was held at a private location in Windhoek and many of the couple’s friends and family proudly flaunted the newlyweds on social media. Celebrities like Top Cheri, Khadija Mouton, Exit and Bella Batista also took the time to congratulate Suzy on her love journey.
The couple met in church about two years ago and immediately kicked things off. According to Suzy, Meldinho is very supportive of her music career, and often attends her performances.
