Swakopmund woman missing

The Erongo police is seeking public assistance in tracing Samone Keet-Fourie.

She went missing on Thursday.

Senior inspector Judith Shomongula from the Erongo police says the last person who spoke to her was her friend, who called her that day.

“Samone told her that she was at a certain ATM, withdrawing money at Swakopmund, because she was supposed to take a taxi to Walvis Bay.

“It is further alleged that she has domestic problems with her husband, who is currently living at Swakopmund.

“She left the family house at Swakopmund three weeks ago and was living with a friend and her three children at Walvis Bay,” Shomongula says.

All Keet-Fourie’s family members and friends have been contacted, but her whereabouts are unknown.

She was wearing dark blue jeans with a shirt of which the colour is unknown, and a long black coat.

Anyone with information regarding Keet-Fourie’s whereabouts is urged to contact senior inspector Rosa Tjihavero at 081 413 7105, warrant officer Samuel Auxab at 081 276 6844 or 064 415004, or the nearest police station.
