Swapo draws first blood

WINDHOEK – Swapo has automatically won four of the 107 Regional Council constituencies, where it was the only party to field candidates.

The ruling party is the only one that registered to contest elections in the Oranjemund, Anamulenge, Otamanzi and Eengodi constituencies.
