TEACHERS are the backbone of this country and they need to be treated fairly.When I witnessed the entry tests that took place over the past few years, I realised that many people had chances to apply to the colleges but only few were granted entry.

What is the reason behind this? Imagine you only need 300 students for languages and you invite 500 to the entry test.
