Teqla makes waves in latest ‘Rock the Boat’ episode

Ngandu TV’s acclaimed music show ‘Rock the Boat’ has returned with an episode featuring Namibian singer Teqla.

The highly anticipated episode had its exclusive premiere in Windhoek last week, drawing a crowd of influencers and brand managers eager to witness the latest instalment of the series.

The event featured a live podcast hosted by media personality Jemimah Ndebele, who engaged the ‘Rock the Boat’ production team in a discussion on the making of the episode.

Released on Ngandu TV’s YouTube channel on 14 February, the episode was framed as a Valentine’s Day gift to supporters of Ngandu Events, the production house behind the series.

The episode showcases Teqla delivering a powerful performance aboard the show’s signature floating stage, set against the backdrop of the Kavango River.

Speaking at the premiere, said: “It has been a long time since I was part of something of this scale.

“There were challenges along the way, but I’ve learned so much from this experience. Working with such a talented team has been truly inspiring.”

The episode was executive produced by Andreas Gustav and Lydia Nirvana, with direction by Rubben Mabuku, make-up by Exquisite by Ludisha, and styling by Nahenda Matheus.
