A group of tourists was involved in an accident on the C14 road east of Walvis Bay on Wednesday.
Erongo police spokesperson chief inspector Ileni Shapumba says the police received a report of the accident that took place on the C14 road.
“We have dispatched a team of emergency officials, including our investigators. We have no communication from the members on the ground as of yet, as the area has no reception,” he says.
Shapumba says there is a report of fatality, although details are still unclear.
The police will inform the public when more information is made available, but for now they request patience.
