Trade Directory now on CD

Trade Directory now on CD

THOUSANDS of electronic copies of the Namibia Trade Directory (NTD) are being distributed by the Ministry of Trade in addition to the 10 000 hard copies of the annual publication distributed every year.

This latest development improves NTD’s circulation, both within the country and outside, Project Manager Kelly Williamson said. NTD recently concluded an agreement with MTI that will see the Ministry distribute CDs containing the complete annual directory. The new format greatly reduces transport costs of the publication and makes it easier to handle numerous copies at once. NTD provides up-to-date information on Government policies, business activities and opportunities, and plays an essential role in the promotion, facilitation and achievement of national economic growth, wealth creation and prosperity.Furthermore the special focus for the 2010 edition will be manufacturing and manufacturing SMEs in Namibia. NTD will run various supporting articles on the topic. Special guest writers, who are directly involved in the manufacturing industry, will be contributing to the particular focus.
