Wanted woman nabbed

FRIEDA Agnes Warner (25), the woman who allegedly left an Angolan man in tears after she vanished with his money on Friday, was arrested in Katutura late on Sunday.

Police spokesperson Warrant Officer Timo Haikonda told The Namibian that Warner was arrested in Windhoek’s Damara Location.
Haikonda said only a cellphone belonging to her alleged victim was found with her.
He said Warner will appear in court today.
According to Haikonda, members of the public tipped off the Police about her whereabouts.
On Sunday, Haikonda said Warner allegedly stole an unspecified amount of money from an Angolan man who reportedly invited her to the Safari Hotel.
The Angolan offered a reward of N$20 000 for Warner’s capture.
