Leadership is not a skill, but the ability to influence others to do positive things which they will be able to reflect on.
A good leader is always willing to take risk for the benefits of others under his/her control. A perfect leader is not one who is more popular than any other person, but the one who is willing to put in his/her pride last. A good listener, perfect communicator and a challenge-taker, that is what makes someone a good leader.
Leadership is misunderstood a lot. Some say it’s a waste of time, while others believe that a leader is a problem solver. A lot will judge your abilities but few will put their trust in you.
A good leader will always meet challenges and still face it with a brave face. A good leader does not avoid or run away from challenges, they always believe that it’s their responsibilities to shift things in the right direction. Even though competition arises, they do what they can do to prove themselves worthy being called leaders.
A leader with a target will always monitor bad influences and negative feelings in order to turn it to good and positive feelings.
A leader is a person who is in balance with everything and in anything he/she partakes, remaining confident, strong and persistent. It is believed that “your attitude determines your altitude”, while as a leader you plan, evaluate and monitor the behaviors of others under your control.
A leader always aims to inspire, cares and has a sense of knowledge in order to understand the people under his/her care.
A leader cannot always be called a person who has accomplished a lot, but rather a person with good character.
So to qualify for leadership, you should be a leader on your own. A good leader has the ability to solve problems, to be hard working, and to above all trust in God.
