Witbooi of Gibeon made diplomat

THE Regional Councillor for Gibeon, Solomon Witbooi, is Namibia’s new High Commissioner to Zambia.

President Hifikepunye Pohamba yesterday appointed the former teacher, who is a nephew of Chief Hendrik Witbooi.
